REQUIREMENTS GATHERING

In this stage we listen, gather and then analyze

SOLUTION DESIGNING

Based on the analysis of the Requirements Gathering phase, we design and recommend a scalable and efficient  solution meeting your requirements.  During this phase we discuss the proposed solution with the client and take their feedback regarding the functionality and the business logic incorporated in the solution design.  A detailed database model, screen shots of the system and a flowchart with logic parameters is furnished and discussed before the implementation phase begins.

IMPLEMENTATION

In this phase we take the solution recommended and approved in the Solution Designing stage and create a blueprint and project plan for it.  This project plan with the milestone acceptance and final delivery dates is approved by the client and put into production.  During this phase, the client is able to see the progress made on the project and test the pre-defined milestone deliveries as they are deployed on the staging server.  After the completion of the software, a series of functional and load tests are performed to replicate the performance of the software in a real-time production environment.  The final software also goes through an extensive QC phase where the code quality and standards are enforced.

DEPLOYMENT

After the final software is approved by the client, it is deployed on the production server.  The client is trained on how to use the software and is furnished with training manuals and guides to ensure smooth functioning of the product.
